WE NEED YOUR HELP!

Boxtops for Education is a very successful fundraiser for our school. The school receives ten cents for every boxtop you send in. Sharon Elementary is currently ranked in the top 10 percent of North Carolina for boxtop collections. This is a wonderful achievement for a small school. We couldn't do it without you.

We are excited about the new school year and have a lot of exciting promotions planned for the year in Box Tops. We hope that you will enjoy what we have planned and good luck throughout the year. Please see the 2008-2009 Box Tops for Education Promotions with beginning and ending dates for each promotion in the chart below. For every box top turned in we receive ten cents per top and in a school year that can amount to a good sum of money. As mentioned, Last year we collected about $1160 and would like to beat that total this year. Some of our promotions include box tops and dimes. You may send in dimes and they will be counted as part of that child's totals for box tops. The dimes are usually on the estimation promotions.

When you turn in your box tops, please make sure that they have not expired and put them in a ziploc bag with the child's name, amount turned in and teacher's name.
